Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage processes across the INNIO group e.g. Idea-to-Order lifecycle, including item creation, activation, phase-out, and configuration management.
  • Collaborate closely with the business to support and enhance processes e.g. for new product configuration for both new units and service functions. 
  • Monitor process  performance and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Promote automation initiatives to streamline planning and reduce manual workload. 
  • Gain understanding of and manage integration flows between tools (e.g. ERM, PLM ) and enterprise platforms. 
  • Partner with the data and BI teams to define data structure and reporting logic. 
  • Maintain and improve master data management, including ongoing data maintenance, cleansing, and mass updates. 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. 
  • Experience in demand planning, inventory management, and process optimization. 
  • Strong analytical skills for data gathering, interpretation, and visualization. 
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, pricing tools, and other enterprise systems. 
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python, Oracle, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau). 
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and business administration systems. 
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar certification preferred. 
  • Experience implementing transformation projects (e.g., ERP or sales tool rollouts). 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to work in virtual teams. 
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
